2. How weekend tour availability requests work

You may submit a request for weekend tour availability through our website. Your request does not automatically guarantee availability. We will review your request and may contact you to clarify details (e.g., preferred start time, participants, and mobility needs).

3. Booking, confirmation, and electronic contract disclosure (if applicable)

When a booking is completed online and results in a distance electronic contract, we provide the required trader/contract information before you place your acceptance, including details necessary to understand the service and contract performance. The electronic exchange of information and contract formation are performed in accordance with the requirements of Law of Ukraine "On electronic commerce" 675-VIII.

A booking is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation (for example, by email or another agreed channel). Until confirmation is sent, the tour is not guaranteed.

4. Service coverage across Ukraine

Tours may be offered in various locations across Ukraine. Actual coverage depends on the confirmed route, timing, and operational feasibility at the time of confirmation. Where any location or service aspect cannot be provided as requested, we may propose alternatives or coordinate changes before or after confirmation as appropriate.

5. What is included, transport, and pacing

Tour inclusions (activities, guide services, and other components) are described in the information provided for the specific tour and/or confirmed in your booking confirmation. Transport and pacing are organized to match the itinerary described for your tour, subject to weather, safety considerations, local access conditions, and operational constraints.

We strive to keep schedules accurate. However, timings and route details may change due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to traffic, road closures, or force majeure). If changes significantly affect the essential characteristics of the service, we will inform you using reasonable efforts.

6. Fees and refunds

Fees are determined based on the selected tour and terms shown during request/booking and in the confirmation. Refunds (if applicable) follow the specific terms communicated for the tour and the confirmed booking; if you believe a refund request is warranted, submit a claim following the complaint process below.

7. Complaints and how to claim your rights

If you have complaints regarding the service, you may contact us at contact@advanceddataindependence.com or by phone at +380 633 821 9327. We will review your message and respond within a reasonable time.

This complaint process is provided in line with consumer-protection requirements and mandatory consumer information disclosures under Law of Ukraine "On consumer protection" 3153-IX, including the information necessary to identify the provider and understand contract-related matters for distance/off-premises transactions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, advanceddataindependence.com is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages. We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) or by your failure to follow reasonable instructions relating to the tour.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

If our website uses cookies/trackers that process personal data for non-exempt purposes (such as analytics/marketing), we obtain valid consent and provide transparency to users.
